Eligibility
Eligible companies include manufacturing, technology-intensive, regional or national warehousing, customer support, air courier, headquarters, and certain military-support employers in North Carolina that are creating jobs, investing in technology, or improving productivity.
Requirements
- Operate an eligible business in North Carolina, including manufacturing or another qualifying industry.
- Work with a local North Carolina community college to assess training needs.
- Demonstrate job growth, technology investment, productivity improvement, or other qualifying business benefit.
