About this program
Washoe County has identified affordable housing financing tools and local resources to expand and preserve affordable housing supply. Trust fund and related housing resources may support development, rehabilitation, acquisition, rental assistance, or other eligible housing strategies in the Reno area.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit and for-profit housing developers, public agencies, and housing partners serving low- and moderate-income households in Washoe County.
Requirements
- Project must align with county housing goals and applicable funding source rules
- Submit project scope, budget, financing plan, site information, and affordability commitments
- Comply with affordability, reporting, environmental, and procurement requirements
