About this program
The South St. Petersburg Community Redevelopment Area Commercial Revitalization Program helps eligible businesses and property owners improve commercial properties, storefronts, facades, signage, landscaping, and site conditions. The program is intended to encourage private investment and neighborhood-serving business activity in the CRA.
Eligibility
Businesses, property owners, or tenants with owner approval located in the South St. Petersburg CRA.
Requirements
- Property must be in the South St. Petersburg CRA
- Submit improvement scope, estimates, permits, and business or ownership documents
- Receive approval before beginning reimbursable work
