Eligibility
Large Oregon manufacturing and traded-sector investment projects may qualify when local governments and Business Oregon approve a Strategic Investment Program agreement.
Requirements
- Be a traded-sector business making a large eligible Oregon capital investment
- Coordinate with the county, local taxing jurisdictions, and Business Oregon
- Submit a SIP application and project information before final approval
