Indiana Employer Training Grant (ETG) — Building & Construction Sector
Reimburses Indiana construction and trades employers up to $5,000 per trained employee (max $50,000 per employer per year) for training new or existing workers in the Building & Construction sector, provided they are retained for at least 6 months.

Eligibility
Indiana-based employers in the Building & Construction sector. New employees must earn at least $19/hour and existing employees must receive a minimum 5% wage increase upon training completion. Training must be at least 40 hours and yield a post-secondary or nationally recognized credential.
