Eligibility
Eligible applicants must already have an approved Nevada hemp grower application and meet seed producer application, background check, fee, inspection, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Hold or obtain an approved Nevada hemp grower certification.
- Submit a hemp seed producer application and required fees on or before July 1.
- Provide required criminal history, operation, land, and production information.
