About this program
The HTDC Manufacturing Assistance Grant supports Hawaii manufacturers by reimbursing eligible costs for equipment, training, energy efficiency, export readiness, and process improvements. Hilo manufacturers may apply when program funding and application windows are open.
Eligibility
Hawaii manufacturers meeting HTDC eligibility and eligible-cost requirements.
Requirements
- Operate as an eligible Hawaii manufacturer
- Submit application, quotes, project budget, and business documentation
- Complete approved expenses and provide reimbursement documentation
