Grants up to $1,000 per employee for West Virginia retail employers to offset the cost of training programs when creating at least 10 new jobs within a 12-month period.

Eligibility
West Virginia employers that create a minimum of 10 new jobs within a 12-month period. Requires a 50% cash contribution from the employer and documentation of in-kind contribution (wages paid during training).
