About this program
The Baltimore Development Corporation Outdoor Spaces Grant helps businesses offset costs of installing outdoor seating, parklets, landscaping, lighting, and related features that expand use of outdoor space and activate Baltimore neighborhood commercial areas.
Eligibility
Eligible Baltimore businesses and commercial property owners with approved outdoor space improvement projects.
Requirements
- Request grant application and meet with BDC representative before applying
- Submit eligible outdoor space project scope and cost documentation
- Complete approved improvements after approval for reimbursement
