About this program
HCDC provides business lending and economic development financing for small businesses in the Cincinnati region, including SBA 504 and other loan products for real estate, equipment, working capital, and growth projects.
Eligibility
Small businesses in Cincinnati and the region that meet loan product, SBA, and underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Submit loan application, business plan, project budget, financial statements, and owner information
- Meet credit, collateral, repayment, equity, and eligible use requirements
- Coordinate with lender partners and HCDC loan staff
