About this program
Utah’s State Small Business Credit Initiative programs expand access to capital for small businesses through participating lenders and investment partners. West Valley City businesses may access credit support, loan participation, and related capital tools when lender programs are available.

Utah small businesses meeting SSBCI, lender, and eligible use requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through a participating lender or Utah program partner
- Provide business financials, ownership information, use-of-funds details, and underwriting materials
- Meet federal SSBCI eligibility, reporting, and lender requirements
