Matching grants for eligible Provo businesses improving older commercial building facades.
About this program
Provo City’s Commercial Facade Improvement Program assists businesses with improvements to buildings that are at least 30 years old. The program helps revitalize Provo by improving exterior commercial appearance and requires the owner or business to match every $3 of grant funds with $1 of other eligible funds.
Eligibility
Eligible Provo building or business owners with qualifying commercial facade projects on buildings at least 30 years old.
Requirements
- Apply through Provo City before starting facade work
- Provide project scope, estimates, property or tenant authorization, photos, and design information
- Provide required match and complete approved improvements before reimbursement
