The Lafayette Housing Authority administers HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds for eligible affordable housing development, rehabilitation, and related housing activities in Lafayette and the surrounding entitlement area.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit housing providers, developers, public agencies, and project partners completing qualifying affordable housing activities in Lafayette.
Requirements
- Apply through the Lafayette Housing Authority federal grant process
- Document eligible HOME activity, affordability period, income targeting, budget, and site control
- Meet HUD HOME property, income, rent, environmental, and reporting standards
