Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small business concerns that are at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged veterans and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by those individuals.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more qualifying veterans.
- Operate as a small business concern and meet Rhode Island VBE certification requirements.
- Submit the VBE certification application and required supporting documents through the Rhode Island DEDI portal.
