Eligibility
Packaged through certified economic development organizations; commonly used by manufacturers, industrial developers, R&D firms, agricultural processors, and employers establishing regional or national headquarters.
Requirements
- Must commit to creating and retaining full-time jobs
- Must meet program underwriting and collateral requirements
- Eligible uses include land and building acquisitions, construction and renovation, machinery and equipment purchases, working capital and accounts receivable lines of credit
