About this program
PIDC's contract line of credit products support small businesses, including minority-, women-, and disabled-owned firms, that need working capital to perform approved City, Rebuild, institutional, or general contractor work.
Eligibility
Small businesses located in or planning to locate in Philadelphia with qualifying contract receivables and the ability to meet PIDC credit, cash flow, collateral, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Hold or pursue an eligible approved contract
- Submit contract and receivables documentation
- Provide business financial statements and credit information
