About this program
California Dream Fund has provided microgrants to eligible new California entrepreneurs who complete approved training and technical assistance through participating centers. Fresno entrepreneurs may participate when local partners and funding rounds are active.
Eligibility
New California small businesses and entrepreneurs, including Fresno founders, that complete approved training through participating technical assistance providers and meet program requirements.
Requirements

- Launch or document eligible new business activity
- Submit grant application and business documentation during active funding rounds
