Eligibility
Nonprofits, individuals, LLCs, S corporations, estates, or trusts undertaking qualifying rehabilitation of brownfield or grayfield sites in Iowa. Annual application window in July–August.
Requirements
- Property must qualify as a brownfield or grayfield site
- Application during July–August annual window
- Maximum award of $1.5 million per project
