Eligibility
Eligible applicants are organizations serving Trans+ and gender non-conforming communities in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, or Native Nations therein during an open TRANSCEND grant cycle.
Requirements
- Serve Trans+ or gender non-conforming communities in PFund's five-state service area.
- Submit an organization grant application during the open TRANSCEND cycle.
- Provide organizational, project, budget, community-impact, and payment documentation.
