About this program
The Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund provides resources for affordable housing activities across the state. Bellevue housing developers, nonprofits, and local partners may use awards for rental and ownership housing development, rehabilitation, homebuyer assistance, and related eligible housing work.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofits, local governments, public housing authorities, developers, and housing partners serving low- and moderate-income households.
Requirements
- Submit application through the state housing funding cycle with project scope, budget, and financing plan
- Meet income, affordability, match, eligible cost, and readiness requirements
- Comply with grant agreement, reporting, affordability, and state housing rules
