Nevada Housing Division’s Worker Advantage program provides down payment assistance for eligible essential workers buying a primary residence in Nevada. Henderson buyers may qualify when they meet income, credit, residency, homebuyer education, and purchase price rules.

Requirements
- Meet Nevada residency, occupation, income, credit score, and purchase price requirements
- Complete approved homebuyer education before closing
