Eligibility
South Dakota small businesses may apply if an essential employee who is a military reservist is called to active duty during a period of military conflict and the business suffers economic injury.
Requirements
- Operate as an eligible small business with an essential employee called to active duty as a military reservist.
- Demonstrate substantial economic injury resulting from the call-up.
- Submit the SBA disaster loan application and required financial documentation.
