About this program
Oregon’s State Small Business Credit Initiative programs expand access to capital through loan participation, loan guarantees, venture capital, and related financing tools. Bend small businesses and startups may access funding through participating lenders or investment partners.
Eligibility
Oregon small businesses and startups meeting SSBCI, lender, or investment partner eligibility, with priority for underserved entrepreneurs and eligible growth companies.
Requirements
- Apply through participating lender, fund, or program partner
- Provide business financials, ownership information, use-of-funds details, and underwriting materials
- Meet federal SSBCI eligibility, reporting, and conflict-of-interest rules
