Eligibility
Owners of commercial properties in Kentucky counties with C-PACE legislation (including Jefferson, Bullitt, Nelson, Boone, Pendleton, Lincoln, and others). Projects include new construction, gut rehabs, retrofits, and single-measure upgrades.
Requirements
- Must own commercial real estate in a Kentucky C-PACE-enabled county
- Project must be an eligible clean energy or energy efficiency improvement
- Financing from $100,000 to $100M+ available
