Eligibility
Eligible South Dakota community development organizations, local partners, and projects meeting Dakota Resources financing or program criteria.
Requirements

- Provide project purpose, local partners, budget, repayment or funding plan, and community impact information
- Meet financing, participation, and reporting requirements
