The Build MI Community Grant Initiative supports locally driven projects that create or preserve housing, activate underused space, and improve community vibrancy in Michigan communities.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofits, developers, local governments, and community partners with qualifying housing or community revitalization projects in Michigan.
Requirements
- Apply through the MEDC program process when funding is available
- Submit project narrative, eligible costs, budget, site control, match, and impact information
- Meet readiness, reporting, and compliance requirements
