BIA Indian Loan Guarantee and Insurance Program (ILGP) – Texas Native Americans
The BIA ILGP provides up to 90% loan guarantees enabling Texas Native American entrepreneurs to access conventional financing. Includes enrolled members of Texas's three federally recognized tribes (Alabama-Coushatta, Ysleta del Sur Pueblo/Tigua, and Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas) as well as other enrolled tribal members living in Texas.

Eligibility
Enrolled members of federally recognized AI/AN tribes, or business entities with at least 51% ownership by enrolled members. Texas-based tribal members of all federally recognized tribes are eligible. Maximum individual guarantee is $500,000.
Requirements
- Enrolled member of a federally recognized AI/AN tribe, or business 51%+ owned by enrolled members
- Apply through a lending institution participating in ILGP
- Viable business plan and ability to repay required
