Rural Employment Development Incentive (REDI) Grant — Food Service in Rural Utah
Grants up to $6,000 per new high-paying job created in rural Utah by food service and restaurant businesses; maximum $250,000 per year. Note: primarily retail food operations may be excluded.

Eligibility
Food service businesses creating new employment in rural Utah counties or cities/towns with population of 10,000 or less. Positions must pay at least 100% of county average annual wage. Businesses primarily engaged in retail are excluded.
Requirements
- Business must create new positions in rural Utah
- Positions must be new to the organization
- Positions must work at least 30 hours per week
