About this program
Bend uses its Affordable Housing Fund to support development and preservation of affordable housing. Funds can help eligible housing developers and nonprofit partners with projects that expand affordability for Bend residents.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, and eligible project sponsors with qualifying Bend affordable housing projects.
Requirements
- Apply through the city affordable housing funding process
- Submit development plan, budget, affordability commitments, financing stack, and organizational capacity information
- Comply with affordability restrictions, reporting, and city contract requirements
