Eligibility
Eligible applicants are laboratory entities seeking to test medical or adult-use cannabis in Ohio and able to meet DCC laboratory licensing, accreditation, premises, personnel, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Submit a complete testing laboratory license application for each proposed premises when a pathway is available.
- Document laboratory qualifications, testing methods, quality systems, premises, ownership, and personnel.
- Complete required criminal records checks and comply with DCC laboratory rules.
