Business or property owners with eligible commercial improvement projects in North Las Vegas redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Property must be located in an eligible redevelopment area
- Submit project scope, design, contractor estimates, ownership or tenant authorization, and matching fund documentation
- Receive approval before starting reimbursable work and submit paid invoices for reimbursement
