NJEDA uses a Professional Services Qualification Statement process for firms seeking to be considered for professional-services work with the Authority, including legal, accounting, consulting, real estate, development, engineering, and related services. Deadline notes: Submission timing depends on NJEDA solicitations and qualification requirements. Eligibility
Professional-services firms with appropriate experience, licenses, financial capacity, business registration, and certifications requested by NJEDA.
Requirements
- Submit the Professional Services Qualification Statement with firm profile, ownership, NIGP codes, business registration, SBE/WBE/MBE/VOB/DVOB certifications if applicable, financial statements, project experience, staff qualifications, and references.
