About this program
The City of Eau Claire Downtown Enhancement Grant Program supports interior and exterior improvements that strengthen downtown businesses, property conditions, and commercial vitality. Eligible projects may include facade work, interior build-out, accessibility, signage, safety, and other improvements that enhance properties in the downtown program area, with funding awarded through a competitive or reviewed local process.
Eligibility
Downtown Eau Claire property owners and businesses with eligible improvement projects in the downtown program area may apply.
Requirements
- Project must be located in the eligible downtown Eau Claire program area.
- Applicant must be a property owner or business tenant with owner authorization.
- Project must involve eligible building, facade, commercial space, or related property improvements.
