About this program
The Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS program supports eligible housing assistance, supportive services, rental assistance, and facility operations for people living with HIV/AIDS and their families in the Orlando service area.
Eligibility
Qualified nonprofits, public agencies, and service providers assisting eligible people with HIV/AIDS and their families in the Orlando HOPWA service area.
Requirements
- Apply through city federal grants process when funds are available
- Document eligible clients, housing or service model, budget, capacity, and compliance procedures
- Meet HUD HOPWA reporting, client eligibility, financial, and monitoring requirements
