Eligibility
Commercial, multifamily, HOA, and institutional property owners in Sacramento served by eligible water providers with qualifying turf conversion or irrigation projects.
Requirements

- Receive pre-approval or inspection and follow landscape requirements
- Submit square footage, photos, invoices, W-9, and post-project documentation
