Scottsdale Water conservation rebates include commercial, multifamily, and HOA common area rebates for removing grass and replacing it with Arizona-friendly low-water landscaping, subject to consultation, pre-inspection, and funding availability.
Eligibility
Business owners, property managers, multifamily properties, and HOA common areas served by Scottsdale Water with eligible turf removal projects.
Requirements
- Contact Scottsdale Water Conservation before starting work
- Complete required consultation or pre-inspection and receive notice to proceed
- Submit online application, invoices, photos, and eligible project documentation
