NJ LEND (Loan Expansion and Network Development)
$30 million pilot loan program offering fixed asset loans up to $5 million and working capital loans up to $1 million to NJ businesses with up to 750 employees. Higher lending limits than traditional NJEDA programs.
About this program
3-year pilot program. Modeled on Premier Lender and Direct Loan programs but with higher limits.
Eligibility
For-profit or nonprofit NJ businesses with no more than 750 NJ employees. Must commit to creating/retaining one FT job per $65,000 in NJEDA loan exposure. Available as direct loans or in partnership with Premier Lenders. Cannabis license holders ineligible.
