Eligibility
Eligible participants are Ohioans with developmental disabilities who meet Medicaid waiver criteria and have self-employment services authorized through the SELF Waiver and service planning process.
Requirements
- Be eligible for Ohio developmental disability services and Medicaid waiver enrollment.
- Have self-employment supports included in the individual service plan.
- Document the self-employment goal, plan, and needed supports.
