The High Quality Jobs Program provides qualifying Iowa businesses with tax credits, refunds, and direct financial assistance for projects that create quality jobs and make capital investments.
Eligibility
Eligible Iowa businesses, including Iowa City projects, that meet wage, job creation, investment, and local support requirements.
Requirements
- Apply to IEDA before project commitments
- Document job creation, wage levels, investment, local match, and project timeline
- Meet agreement, performance, and reporting requirements to claim benefits
