About this program
El Paso Collaborative’s Community Loan Fund was created to provide affordable loans in and around El Paso. The program includes small business loan screening and lending resources to help borrowers access capital for business and community needs.
Eligibility
El Paso small businesses and community borrowers meeting loan fund underwriting and eligible use requirements.
Requirements
- Complete the Community Loan Fund small business self-screening or intake process
- Provide business plan, financial statements, tax returns, owner information, and use-of-funds details
- Meet underwriting, repayment, and documentation requirements
