Eligible nonprofit housing providers, developers, public agencies, and project partners completing qualifying affordable housing activities in Iowa City.
Requirements
- Apply through the city's CDBG/HOME funding process
- Document eligible HOME activity, income targeting, affordability period, budget, and site control
- Meet HUD HOME property, income, rent, environmental, and reporting standards
