About this program
Southeast Nebraska Development District provides revolving loan resources and development support for communities and businesses in the region. Loans can help eligible small businesses with working capital, equipment, real estate, and expansion where conventional financing is not sufficient.
Eligibility
Eligible small businesses in the SENDD region with viable financing needs and repayment capacity.
Requirements
- Submit loan request, business plan or project description, budget, and financial information
- Demonstrate eligible use of funds, financing gap, and ability to repay
- Complete underwriting, collateral, closing, and reporting requirements
