Eligibility
Eligible Arkansas taxpayers purchasing certified recycling equipment may receive a tax credit when the equipment meets Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality and AEDC criteria.
Requirements
- Purchase or install eligible recycling equipment
- Obtain required certification for eligible equipment and costs
- Use equipment for qualifying recycling, processing, modifying, converting, treating, or manufacturing activity
