Eligibility
Texas businesses and non-profits in nanotechnology, biotechnology, biomedicine, renewable energy, aerospace, semiconductor, and IT industries developing new or improved products, and entities that foster small business enterprise. Must have 3+ years of operating history.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of operating history
- Must be developing new or improved products or supporting small business incubation in Texas
- Must demonstrate inability to obtain full financing on workable terms from traditional capital markets
