Nonprofit and for-profit organizations, local/state/federal/tribal government entities, and public and private colleges and universities in Washington state working with specialty crops.
Requirements
- Washington state-based organization
- Project must benefit Washington specialty crops
- Submit Concept Proposal by October 15 deadline
