SBA 8(a) Business Development Program – Tennessee Native American Businesses
The SBA 8(a) program helps Native American-owned small businesses in Tennessee access federal set-aside contracts, business development mentorship, and a 9-year program with no competitive bidding on contracts up to $4M (services) or $6.5M (manufacturing).

Eligibility
Small businesses at least 51% owned by socially disadvantaged individuals including Native Americans. Tribal entities are presumed socially disadvantaged. Business must be in operation for 2 years. Owner's personal net worth must be under $850,000.
