Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Ohio businesses at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and meet Ohio's WBE certification rules.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more women.
- Operate as a business in Ohio and register with the Ohio Secretary of State if required.
- Submit ownership, control, tax, business formation, and management documentation.
