Arts venues, studios, and cultural organizations in Nebraska communities participating in CDBG-funded downtown revitalization plans.
Requirements
- Organization must be in an eligible Nebraska community with an active CDBG Downtown Revitalization project
- Improvements must align with the community's revitalization plan
- Community must not be a CDBG Entitlement Community
