About this program
Great Falls Development Alliance administers brownfields resources that help property owners and communities investigate environmental conditions at underused or potentially contaminated sites. Assessment support can reduce uncertainty and move commercial, industrial, housing, and community redevelopment projects forward.
Eligibility
Eligible property owners, developers, public agencies, and redevelopment projects involving qualifying brownfields sites in the Great Falls region.
Requirements
- Site must meet brownfields eligibility requirements and owner participation rules
- Provide property access, project information, and redevelopment plan or reuse goals
- Comply with EPA assessment, reporting, and environmental review requirements
