Eligible Bloomington nonprofits, community organizations, and small businesses with qualifying solar, battery, lighting, or energy efficiency projects.
Requirements
- Apply during the SEEL program round
- Submit project type, building information, energy scope, budget, and organization documentation
- Meet installation, technical assistance, and reporting requirements
